She began working at the age of 15, often juggling multiple jobs, and learned the value of teamwork at a young age. As Michelle progressed in her career, she frequently found herself to be the only black woman in various meetings, events, and teams. This fueled her fervor for promoting DE&I and cultivating secure environments where team members can express their true selves and be recognized and esteemed.
